Endorsement Is a Partnership
ELLA Adelante views endorsement as the start of an ongoing partnership, it does not end after elections are finished. We believe elected leaders shall always stay accountable and follow through with their goals and visions in which they were elected for.
Because our endorsements are rooted in shared values, we regularly evaluate our partnerships with endorsed officials. If an elected leader strays away from those values or makes decisions that are harmful to the communities we serve, ELLA Adelante will reconsider and withdraw with said individuals endorsement. Holding individuals accountable helps ensure our endorsements continue to reflect our integrity, transparency, and mission to support our communities.
